Bitgetthe world’s largest stock exchange, Universal Exchange (UEX), announced continued cooperation with Google Developer Group (GDG). The second one will be held as part of it “AI Accelerate Hack” hackathonwhich is part of the Bitget program, Blockchain4Youth. The event will take place at KU Leuven in Belgium on Wednesday, October 29, 2025.
What is the hackathon about?
The 10-hour hackathon aims to support and encourage young talents to use innovative tools to build the future of the technology sector, focusing on the main theme of “Driving dynamic innovations through the synergy of technology, business and creativity”.
“AI Accelerate Hack” is an intense team competitionwhere developers and designers will work together to create innovative, technology-driven solutions to real business challenges. The event will gather 200 participants from various backgrounds.

This event provides a unique platform where academic theory meets real-world business challenges, motivating students to innovate at the intersection of artificial intelligence, blockchain technology and creativity.
Who will take part in the event?
While the hackathon is primarily intended for graduate students in computer engineering and related disciplines with a strong emphasis on artificial intelligence, students from other fields, graduates with up to two years of professional experience, and technology enthusiasts are also welcome to participate.
Hackathon plan – what to expect?
The event program includes a short one opening ceremonyduring which Bitget will present its Blockchain4Youth initiative and its recently launched graduate program.
This program aims to recruit top university talent and directly employ them in real-world Web3-related projects. Thanks to this, graduates will join one of the fastest-growing exchanges in the world, work with staff from over 50 countries and develop thanks to a clear career path that combines job rotation, mentoring, competitive remuneration and the opportunity to work on groundbreaking projects.
Then, the 10-hour main part of the hackathon will take place. The groups will present their final projects in the evening and the winning teams will receive prizes.

This event is the second collaboration between Bitget and GDG, following the highly successful hackathon that took place at Constructor University in May. This is a key element of the broader initiative Bitget Blockchain4Youthwhich includes several ongoing projects around the world aimed at spreading education and knowledge about the sector.
A recent event was a meeting Web3 Diversity Career Session at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) on September 20, organized together with the 0xU student community. Moreover, in August, Bitget organized its third month Crypto Experience Monthwhich included educational activities in 12 countries that gathered over 15,000 participants.
The initiative will also include WAIB Summit AI x Web3 Hackathonwhich will take place on November 14-16. It is a three-day event organized jointly with KU Leuven and Imperial College London, which will bring together students, developers, entrepreneurs and scientists to create breakthrough solutions at the intersection of artificial intelligence and Web3.
