Long -term is not devalued in such a way as paper currencies, and its supply is limited and cannot be artificially increased at any time. In moments of crisis – recession, armed conflicts or bankruptcies of financial institutions – the price of gold usually increases, because investors treat them as independent of political and banking systems of values. Importantly, gold has a global character – it is recognized and liquid around the world.
Earth plays a similar role, although in a different way. The land, especially those attractive in terms of location or purpose, do not lose their value even during recession periods. On the contrary, the limited supply means that the land prices are steadily rising in the long run. In addition, the Earth can generate useful value – from agricultural crops to construction investments – which distinguishes it from the passive nature of gold. For many investors, this is not only capital protection, but also a chance for an additional return.
Both gold and Earth combine several key features. It is resistance to inflation, independence from financial systems and durability.
Bitcoin during “Dark Times”
Tether CEO adds Bitcoin to these two safe marina, whose course is also growing long -term. The cryptocurrency is also characterized by limited supply and is independent of central banks (they cannot reprint BTC).
Comparison of BTC to gold and earth is therefore there. I will say even more: Bitcoin in the case of a Polish investor can be even a better investment than Earth. This is because the next drone attacks from Russia will make the prices of land and in general real estate in Poland to fall. BTC and gold are also easier to transport beyond borders than a construction plot.
