The last week on the cryptocurrency market was influenced by flows into and out of ETF funds in the US and the consequences of Bitcoin’s October record. What else did Sebastian Seliga from zondacrypto pay attention to?
Flows into ETFs
It’s worth explaining the flow mechanics right away here: as more money flows into spot ETFs, managers have to buy actual BTC, which increases demand on the spot market; at low tides the opposite happens. October provided both phenomena – after a wave of record inflows at the beginning of the month, there was a “leveling off” and a few days of outflows, but the balance since the launch of the products remains impressive.
According to the Farside Investors ranking, the total cumulative net inflow to American BTC ETFs reaches approximately USD 61.5 billion, of which BlackRock alone is responsible for approximately USD 65.0 billion of cumulative inflows, while GBTC has USD 24.5 billion under its control (the effect of capital relocation to cheaper funds).
zondacrypto with reward
In our country we had a week of symbolic accents that connect the Web3 world with the mainstream. During the October Web3 Verse gala in Warsaw, the zondacrypto exchange was awarded the title of “Best Web3 Exchange” and the zondacrypto Academy was named “Best Educational Initiative 2025” – this is consistent with the exchange’s focus on popularizing technology without jargon and in accessible formats.
At the same time, a strategic partnership with Olympic sports was confirmed: zondacrypto became the General Sponsor of the Polish Olympic Committee and the Official Cryptocurrency Exchange of the Polish Olympic Team (2026–2028), and plans include, among others: TEAM PL token (TMPL) as a tool for long-term support for players.
Summary: what happened?
US ETFs remain the main lever of short-term volatility and it is their balance that best explains BTC’s daily fluctuations around new equilibrium levels; ETH moves more conservatively with mixed flows into its funds; markets outside the US (e.g. Hong Kong) add background but do not change the global picture. In Poland, however, the recognition and “usability” of Web3 is growing thanks to awards and educational projects, as well as partnerships combining crypto with major sports – here zondacrypto clearly sets the bar for the entire market.
