The initiative began with the “Game Night” event on September 8 and 9, which aimed to familiarize over 100 students with the basics of blockchain technology in an engaging and practical way.
The event took place at Gameorama Spielmuseum in Lucerne and was the main point of the welcome week for students of the University of Lucerne, the University of Applied Sciences and art in Lucerne and the Luzern pH. The two -day event was divided into an educational session, during which basic knowledge about cryptocurrencies and decentralized finances was transferred, and then to a wide -ranging game session covering gameplay using VR, board games, card games and classic arcade games.

In HSLA Informatik & Wirtschaft, workshops are planned. “Defi 2.0 and the increase in the importance of real world’s assets.” During this session, we will discuss key topics in more detail about this sector, including tokenization of real -world assets (RWA), DEFI inter -wire protocols, Swiss regulatory environment and advanced profit gain strategies.
In the long term, the initiative aims to expand the university network to other ESN branches throughout Europe and to develop a structured curriculum for current educational initiatives regarding cryptocurrencies.
Cooperation with ESN Luzern is part of the Global Bitget – Blockchain4youth – a long -term program devoted to the equipment of the next generation with practical skills in the field of blockchain technology. The Blockchain4Youth program aims to reach a million students and young professionals by 2026 through workshops, hackatons and industry cooperation projects.
This event is a continuation of the successful campaign “Crypto Experience Month” from August, which attracted over 2,000 students from 11 world markets thanks to events covering educational lectures, Airdropy NFT and live cryptocurrency payments.
