This is a response to Iran’s attack on October 1. But – just like back then – this is not a reason to panic. There have been exchanges of blows between the two countries for months, but everything takes place within the framework of a certain… convention. Both countries simply have to show that they control the situation in the region. It is a bit like a situation in the yard, where the two biggest boys have to show each other and others from time to time that they are the strongest in the “yard”.
