Your tasks
- Managing and developing Bitcoin.pl social channels (Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Instagram, Tiktok, YouTube)
- Self -creation of engaging content: posts, tweets, stories, shorts etc.
- Building and activating the community on the abovementioned channels
- Monitoring of comments and active participation in discussions
- Creating and implementing a content strategy tailored to trends in the crypto industry
- Cooperation with the editorial team and business partners
- Analysis of the effectiveness of activities and strategy optimization
Who are we looking for and what are our requirements?
- Significant interest in Bitcoin, cryptocurrencies, blockchain and web3 – being up to date with what is happening in the industry
- The ability to engage recipients, building community and communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of SM platforms – Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Tiktok, X (Twitter), YouTube, etc. The ability to adapt communication and formats to the specifics of each platform
- Creating skills:
- Analytics and optimization – the ability to analyze monthly statistics, interpretation of results and content optimization in terms of coverage and conversion
- Basics of SEO and knowledge of SM algorithms – the ability to use keywords, content optimization and use of current algorithmic trends
- Creativity and initiative – a person who comes out with ideas, offers solutions, test new formats and optimizes content based on data
- The ability to create content supporting sales and adapting communication to various stages of the customer’s shopping path
- Multitasking and organization – the ability to manage many projects at the same time, content planning in advance and work in a dynamic environment
- Passion for marketing and SM – a person who follows new products and likes to test new content formats
