Poles take Bitcoin more and more seriously. Aldona Żukowska-Carames on the new era of BTC adoption – Bitcoin.pl

In the event of a sharp decline, the bitcoin accumulated in the plan serves as a hedge. If its value falls below the additional capital used, the plan is settled automatically. There is no request for additional payment from the rest of the estate and there is no negative balance. The risk only applies to the funds within the strategy. The user receives an alert when 20 percent and 10 percent are left to the threshold. Closing early after a longer decline reduces the result because the settlement allocates part of the bitcoin to cover the additional capital of the original amount. The plan can be terminated at any time, without any contractual penalty.

9. Who controls the keys and how does AutoShip work?

As long as the bitcoin remains on the platform, the user does not have the keys. The balance is held by a regulated institutional custodian, BitGo, separate from Invity’s operating funds. The user has a claim and the option to withdraw. The keys become his when the funds are transferred to an address he controls, preferably in a hardware wallet. Auto Dispatch does this when a set threshold is reached. The exception is important. Bitcoin in active Turbo Purchase is locked as collateral. It cannot be shipped or sold until the plan has settled. After settlement, the remaining amount goes to the available balance and only from there it can go to your own wallet. Anyone who wants to empty the application regularly stays with Auto Purchase with Auto Shipping. Anyone who wants 60 percent more purchasing power consciously leaves the stack in the plan until settlement.

10. Payment cards, business accounts and other financial services bring Bitcoin closer to everyday finances. Do you see Invity as a future alternative to a traditional bank, built around Bitcoin?

Not in the sense that your bank account closes on Monday. Rather, the saving is in Bitcoin and the fiat world remains a layer of spending. The Invity card, the physical distribution of which begins in December 2026, will allow you to pay wherever Visa is accepted, in bitcoin or euro, with cashback in bitcoin and with roundings transferred to bitcoin. The rate of 1.5 percent applies to applications submitted by November 30 with an active strategy from approximately EUR 240 per month; thereafter the upper limit is 1 percent. In Poland, the purchase and accumulation plan are available today. The card is not in the wallets yet. Corporate accounts and financing secured by bitcoin are in the group’s offer, while their local connection to a Polish company is part of what we are currently building on site.

11. Can keeping part of company reserves in bitcoin also make sense for a small company?

It may make sense if the company has a surplus that it does not need for the next 12-24 months and the owner understands that it is not a deposit. More and more companies in Europe are considering such a move, because zloty and euro are comfortable to pay, but weak to hold for a decade. The barriers in Poland are specific: accountants and auditors who do not want crypto assets on the balance sheet, lack of a simple process with a tax advisor, fear of volatility in working capital loans and the fact that the management board often confuses reserves with trading. Until it can be described in the tax policy on one page, most small companies will stick with deposits.

12. What needs to happen in Poland for Bitcoin to reach a wider audience than the current community of enthusiasts and investors?

The biggest barrier is not one. The adjustment is already a frame, not a main lock. Three things are missing at the same time: education that doesn’t sound like a closed environment; a product where the full cost is visible before clicking; and trust that the company will be present in five years and will put bitcoin into its own wallet. Local payment in PLN shortens the journey, but it does not replace understanding why someone keeps these funds. A wider group will enter when the neighbor says that he saves every month and transfers funds to a hardware wallet every quarter, and not that he entered at the top.
