What happens after the deadline
The trustee still accepts applications after October 27, but classifies them as the third category. These claims will only be considered once the second category has been fully satisfied. Lentsius estimates that in the current state of bankruptcy, significant satisfaction of the third category is unlikely.
Now the trustee is checking the documents and will contact creditors regarding any deficiencies in the reports. The exact number of creditors and the sum of claims are to be known in November or later.

What does this mean to you
If you have submitted a claim, please check your inbox and spam folder. The trustee announces contact regarding missing documents, so respond quickly and send what he asks for. If you missed it, please apply anyway. The third category is not much, but without reporting there is no chance.
